Is anyone really really good with them. i have a pc that is super super slow and have to many files and junk and viruses. its not that old of a computer, its an emachines and it runs like my grandma after eating her donut watching the price is right. ive tried to delete some things in "add or remove programs" and defragd it like 5 times and everything else you could think of... so if anyone could help me out i would be willing to pay to get this thing fixed up. so if anyone could help let me know. thanks.

Go online and find a spyware removal software, run it and remove the spyware. Most if not all PC slowdowns are due to spyware running in the background eating up RAM which slows the PC. It is simple just search free spyware removal in google then run it, if not goto to wallyworld and spend $30 to purchase one, the freebees never work as good as the ones you buy!

if you have a version of windows or linux that you are uisng on cd and dont have any problems with loosing all stuff on it that just nuke and boot it. just google dban and dl it burn it as an iso on a cd and run it. it will compleatly erase everything on the h.d. and when its over run the windows cd and presto your computers new again
