I was wondering if anyone had any interest in some form of a group work-out. Lately I've been running stairs over at the stadium almost every-other night and it feels amazing. I think it would be realy cool if we could do something like this even once or twice a week as a team. It doesn't have to be stairs, even a jog or something would be sweet. It'd be totally voluntary of course, and it would make more sence for people living on-campus. I guess I'm just trying to gauge interest in something like this...
Awesome. I guess I'm organizing this hahaha. I know it's realy short notice, and it won't necessarily be regularly scheduled for Thursdays, but a couple of us are gonna go run stadiums tomorow. If anyone could come and run w/ us that'd be great! Let's meet up outside Gator Dining on the corner of Stadium and Gale Lemerand Around 7:45 . Expect to work for an hour or so.

I'm down for running a few miles every now and then. Us pump guys are dead in the water without our speed. :2guns: I can't go Thursday nights, but give me a call at 239-450-0471 if you guys are going any other day.

Architects don't have time for running.
While I was here for Summer B, I went to the gym every other day and played racquetball or ultimate frisbee the times I didn't.
I've been to the gym once in the past 2 weeks.
ugh

Sweet. Like I said, I'm sure we can play around with the times to better suit everyone's schedules.

I'd go with you guys, really, but I live 10 minutes away and parking would be bad. We all don't have scooters, or for that matter, racing scooters.
I run around with cows near Campus Lodge anyway, so I'd just end up missing them and tripping and falling and people seeing it.

So yeah, running tonight was awesome. It ended up being myself, Todd, Cliff, Devon, and Diego. Running stairs and laps felt like a great team-building exercise and something that we should definitely do more of in the future. I know this first time was kind of thrown togeather last minute, so what does everybody's schedules look like so we can start to figure out something more permenant?

Also- If anyone wants to hit the weight room for a killer upper body workout, give me a holler.
As far as the group goes, Matt knows I do my own workout thing, but would be glad to consult on any and all supplementation and workout strategies.
